Who is performing at Super Bowl 57, Rihanna, setlist, songs, what time is the halftime show, how to watch in Australia

Pop superstar Rihanna headlines the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show – but plenty of questions remain over what she’ll sing, and who may join her.

Super Bowl LVII begins at 10:30am AEDT meaning the halftime show will begin around midday Australian time on the east coast. It can be watched on Channel 7 and ESPN (via Foxtel or Kayo).

Her setlist and potential guest performers will remain a secret until the performance begins but the 34-year-old has huge plans.

“She knows this performance will be iconic for years to come and it will live on forever,” a source told ET.

“She’s been tweaking things and saying how this is going to be craziest 17 minutes of her life. She is nervous, but also knows she is going to kill it.”

That report also claimed many of her classic hits would be performed with a few “surprises lined up”.

It’s a virtual certainty Umbrella will get a run, which could include a guest spot from Jay-Z, while Calvin Harris would seem likely to appear to join her for We Found Love and/or This is What You Came For.

And while Drake may feel he’s bigger than featured guest status, it’d be a disappointment if he doesn’t show up during Work and/or What’s My Name.

Other hits likely to be performed are B**ch Better Have My Money – the Betr favourite to be the opening song, ahead of tunes like Don’t Stop The Music, Run This Town and Diamonds – while Only Girl (In the World) surely gets a go.

If Kanye West hadn’t tanked his career an appearance to help perform All of the Lights would be likely; instead it’s a virtual impossibility. Her partner A$AP Rocky would seem much more likely.
